APPLICATION PROCESS
Stage 1.
Quick Enquiry
For a prompt decision in principle, please complete the relevant Application form which you will find on our website.
We do not charge any upfront fees for dealing with an enquiry or application.

Stage 2. Application & Valuation
To proceed (after receiving a Decision in Principle) please complete the Application Form. The borrower will need to sign the completed Application Form. You can however fax or email us a copy for approval whilst we wait for the signed original through the post.
Depending on preference, we can instruct the valuation either before or after we have received and approved the application.

Stage 3. Offer Letter
Upon approval of the valuation and application form, we will issue a formal Offer Letter and legal pack which will be sent directly to your solicitors.
Stage 4. Solicitors
Depending on the borrower's preference and urgency, we can instruct our solicitors at any stage in the process. We would normallyinstruct upon issuing the Offer Letter.
Stage 5. Completion
Once all necessary documentation has been received and legal work completed, we will arrange for transfer of the borrower's money into their solicitors account.
